The owner is helpful - even when I am only buying a $3.00 piece of aluminum tubing. I have had to wait while he helped somebody who was buying a model worth hundreds of dollars - but lets be reasonable here. The prices are competitive with what is found online, and I have found building materials there (thin aluminum sheet) which I wasn't able to find elsewhere. Read more

As an older adult, customer service is very important to me. I have been flying RC airplanes for a few years. The Sport Cub has SAFE and is a great plane to learn on. I decided to try something more challenging. I found the new transmitter very confusing. Well Hobby Hobby walked me through the controls, and now I'm ready to fly. They were very helpful and patiently answered my questions. Their service is the best in Mississauga, and I'm a customer forever. Read more
