Purchased a new hot tub in june of 2011 all was fine when they received my money , But in october 2012 i had a pump failure called discount pools many times , visited there shop many times to see when it was going to be repaired , every time i called or visited their shop i was told it was going to be tomorow , finally on december 12 aprox two months later at 3:30pm a service man showed up to fix it. The service man replaced the pump in my hot tub it now works fine , he also told me he was never informed that my tub was not working until Dec 12 , he also said i may be charged for a service call .
So if anyone is planning to purchase a hot tub from this company be carefull because the service is the worst you can get, but they talk a good talk.

I have been purchasing products from this store for 10yrs. Up until now I have had no problems with any products I bought.
If you do have a problem you're out of luck.
Purchased a robot pool cleaner on Tues. Put it in my pool that night. I had lines in my pool from where it cleaned and didn't so I put it in again Wed. morn. Same problem. I called the store and they said it takes at least 3 times for the cleaner to learn your pool. I put it in my pool again. Same problem. The salesman said to bring it in and they would test it. On Sat. I brought it back. The salesman told me they would test it on their computer and put it into the owner's pool. I said that does not make sence if you're going to test it on his pool once but you're telling me it needs 3-5 times in my pool before it will clean.
This product did not work out of the box and the store never tried to speak to the manufacturer, offer to get it properly tested or at least replace it even though it was this way out of the box. I will never buy equipment from them again. They are not the cheapest either.
BTW The manufacturer informed me that the cleaner has no memory.
Excellent prices on all their pool supplies and equipment. They really try hard to please. Looking to get a hottub so it seems they have the very best for less. Theyre open all year and been around for over 20 years so feel good about buying from them. Only quality brands , no junky stuff there.
