Purchased this light fixture over 3 years ago for about $780 after the sales rep highly recommend it. I have purchased 7 more light fixtures from your company as i believed that you sell high end products that last. Woke up one morning to see the light fixture completely fell apart with no reason. I wrote the sale rep who had careless reply that they dont deal with the company that makes the lamp anymore and nothing she could do. Careless And poor customer service! Stay away!
