Very quick for the amount of people ahead of me. And extremely friendly and professional. Makes having the 2nd worst medical procedure I dislike (dental 1st ?) so much more doable... thank you to the staff for making this a much better experience than other labs. The tech that I had was super sweet, soft spoken and easy on the eye's ? think her name was Eva? Tiny blonde.... ask for her!

Staff were absolutely fabulous!!! We booked an appointment for very anxious kid who happens to be on the spectrum. We arrived we a team of people to help, they provided 2 techs. In and out, easy to deal with, didn't question what needs, needed to met. PERFECT!!!

I went to this clinic for a shoulder ultrasound because my specialist recommended this place for soft tissue ultrasound. Wow! What a beautiful clinic! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful in answering all my questions.The ultrasound tech was very knowledge and also friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!

Reserved my spot on-line this morning with LifeLabs, Farley Drive, Guelph, ON. Arrived on-time. Young lady at reception was very courteous and efficient. All staff was masked and wearing face shields. I was taken in right away. My technician was Sharon. She was very cheerful and professional. I am quite impressed with the care I received. I've been coming to this lab for over a decade for bloodwork and urine tests. The techs are good at finding the vein and are very efficient. My doctors get the results within days.
The staff can have an off day but I find that if I maintain a smiling face and good disposition I get quick service with me out the door in a decent amount of time.
