The store is excellent. Everything we need is there! The staff is very helpful, yet the customers very challenging often impatient and are looking for yet, better deals. We are in Banff at least 3 times and year and we always make a stop into the bakery. They have awesome bread but also serve a brisk lunch/snack business. My favorite treat is their vegetarian Foccacia. It is freshly baked to be ready for 11:30 am and they also have a meat version. Ic is baked in a huge commercial baking tray and each serving is cut from the whole. They have small tables and chairs set outside and that is a good thing because it is always busy. Read more
