I took a mans watch to be fixed it is over 30 yrs old and has sentimental value . I had already taken it to a jewelry repair shop in china town that said they could fix it but couldn’t anyways I spoke to the owner of Global Diamonds and he told me that he could repair it . We brought our old Vienna Regulator that I inherited over 20 years ago, it is over 100 years old to Matthias after moving to Kelowna. It had not run since the last time it was “fixed”. Matthias is amazing, thorough, and knowledgeable. He got it running beautifully again and even fixed the chime tone. I hope that master craftsmen like Matthias are able to find apprentices to pass their knowledge, or the world will lose these beautiful timepieces. His waiting list is long but worth the wait.
