Today was my first visit to Hockey Sushi. I was more than impressed! The service was FAST, and they food was amazing. So much variety. The concept of this buffet so so unique, but it makes so much sense! Everyone can get what they want, with little to now waste, and no contamination from other guests. The innkeeper where I was staying recommended the Buttermilk Cafe for lunch, and it was exactly what I was looking for - casual dining with good food and service. It was obviously a popular place - it was almost full when I arrived, and I took that as a good sign but wondered whether the service would be slow. I was pleasantly surprised - I didn't have to wait long, and my server was friendly and efficient. I had the California chicken wrap, which was tasty and moist without being soggy.
