Had supper here and what a wonderful dining experience! It is a comfortable, homey atmosphere where you are served a delicious meal that is superbly cooked .........fresh ingredients, nothing overcooked. It reminded me of Sunday dinners at Grandma's house.........dessert was also fabulous and fresh-made. I would advise people to make a reservation for dinner........we didn't have one but they fitted us in within the hour.

The food here is your standard family diner fare in terms of quality, nothing special, but the selection is quite varied, Greek food, Italian, English/North American, basic burgers, I can't see anyone going here and not being able to find something they like. But above all is the location, right beside the falls. Sure, when eating on the deck it makes whispered conversation a wee bit difficult, but it's a good noise that's relaxing rather than annoying. itake my mother and friends at least twice a year to her friends cottage near Perth. it is 2 hours from Niagara almost to the second, and it is at a perfect place to rest and enjoy their fare. Always delicious, and they have the BEST lemonde! Above all else are the wait staff gals, Rachel, Maureen(Mo) and the wonderful older gal, who name escapes me but not her skills at doing her job with professional attitude...i will continue to stop there, because those three gals are, the best!

Our party of two ordered a 9oz steak and shrimp fajitas. Fajitas were fantastic but steak was quite tough though cooked to order - had much better quality steak, I am thinking..We both found the gravy to be very salty and lumpy, and the steamed veggies tasted odd. Server was very friendly, helpful, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Will probably be back but would not order the steak again.

Yep, its really that great!
This is one of those staples in Lindsay, right on the main street, kinda small and understated; but once you've eaten here you will always come back.
Jane's menu is simple, and enjoyable. Everything is always great, service included. They are very accommodating, and fairly priced. Others have complained about the decor, but I think it adds to the "Kountry Kitchen" charm.
Also, anywhere that does an "all day breakfast" is good with me

Went for my sons birthday, there was 7 of us - luckily they were able to seat us pretty fast (15 minutes) considering we had no reservation on a saturday night. Got the big momma, SO GOOD! food came surprisingly fast, my husband and I ordered the all you can eat ribs, our waitress refilled our ribs before we were even finished so they came out at the same time as we finished, all of our meals were delicious and then they 'birthday train' came and my son LOVED IT, the horns, the song, everything!
