What can be an unpleasant experience (mamograms, bone scans and x-rays) is made comfortable by the warm, and courteous staff. The english lady who did the mamograms was clear in her instructions, experienced in her techniques, and thoughtful and pleasant in every way.The xray, bone scan technician was also reassuring, pleasant and kind. The receptionist was agreeable and patient. I liked that the robe was fabric, not paper and that it was a generous size.
