We first met Paul four years ago when we were trying to find a daycare facility that would take our two pups ages 9 weeks and 5 years old for a few hours while we attended the funeral of a family member in Orillia. We called on the way up from Toronto and Paul happened to be available and accommodating. He had a litter of Labs around the same age of Forest and he put Forest with his litter. We were very impressed with Paul, the facility and the care the dogs received and have been clients since. Read more

An amazing facility! Every single feature has been thought through to make it the safest and most comfortable for pet. The staff is super friendly and get to know you and your pets so well. Their groomer has done great work on my 2 goldens, giving me exactly what I want and even pointing out skin concerns. I have been taking my dog for daycare at doggiend. The staff is wonderful and my little guy is so happy. I also groom Buddy there and they do an amazing job. I went on a business trip and left Buddy for 4 nights and he didn't want to leave when I went to pick him up. I love that they have 24 hour supervision for boarding. Thank you doggieland! Excellent caring environment. Our two dogs are always excited to visit and come home thoroughly exhausted and happy. One of our dogs has epilepsy and needs medication every 12 hours and constant monitoring. Jason and Devon, the owners, are comfortable dealing with his condition and have provided exceptional care and assistance when he has suffered seizures requiring vet visits and additional attention and medication. The Hound Lounge has been a life saver for us and our wild puppy Wally! She always has an amazing time and comes home exhausted from a full day fun with her friends. She can be very energetic and unfortunately she tore her pad from running around the first time she there. After speaking with the team they were very responsive and have since always assured me they will be on top of her and help her to calm down when she gets a wee bit wild. she has never had a that problem again!
