we have been ordering take out from coops for few years and occasionally eat in. always great wings and service. we thought wings were larger and tastier than other wing places. for a first time we ordered take out on Super Bowl sunday this year and wings were noticeable smaller but same good taste, here's hoping they go back to there same size as before. Change did Mom's good. Not sure who the new owners are, but we only went back because we heard the old ones were gone. The biggest difference, these people care, my breakfast was fast, hot, and very good. I went to college up the road, and after being treated poorly repeatedly by the previous owners, I said I would never go back. Well, am I ever glad I did. This is my new favorite breakfast spot in Barrie. Love it. Great job Mom's!!!! Read more

Not a bad place to get some wings and beer. We have been there a couple of times and have left happy both times. The place was very busy as there was a Leaf game on and we were seated right away and served right away. Remember, you are going to a sports bar and the food is good for a sports bar. I come here every couple of weeks when I'm in the area, a good hearty breakfast served promptly and cheerfully. Can't ask for much more than that! Parking is the only drawback, the lot is quite small and if the snow is piled up it can be a tight squeeze, that's why I rated it an 8 overall. There's a convenience store a couple of doors down where you can buy a newspaper to read with your meal, always a plus for me. Read more

Made a reservation online, probably a good idea, heard it was a busy spot. We were late for our reservation but they honored it. And it was packed. I had the special, can't remember the type of beef but it was one of the best hamburgers I've ever had, and the poutine was also amazing. My girl had the turkey burger and sweet potato fries and she loved it. We also had the Pickle Fries (good) as a starter and two pints of beer, bill with tip was around $80.
