Al was the only person we could find that was qualified and willing to repair the mess left with the engineered flooring and landings on our stairs and the porcelain tile at the front entrance and bath that Les Sprowl made when he originally installed it. Al ripped out the entire mess, and replaced all the flooring on the stairs and landings. He also tore out the tile and discovered there had been no leveling prior to installing the tile. Jimmy Gregory came in and assessed the situation with his engineer, and his crew came in the next week to fix the floor according to the engineers specs for a structural floor.
