These people are horrible. Jeff and his partner Mike are not someone that I would ever deal with again. Jeff couldn't fix my computer and got 100 dollars of me and then took off out of town and left me stranded. His partner Mike raised his voice to me which was very unprofessional. I ended up getting another technician who cleaned out all the melware on my computer and had to put my anti-virus back on that Jeff had removed and charged me for. Don't waste your money with this company.
