Disaster restaurant

This restaurant is a dump. The kitchen is disgusting, and the food is garbage. Also I hear the owners are brutal, they cut every possible corner and i hear they dont pay their staff. Save yourself the dissapointment, and stear clear of PJ Quigleys!

Restaurant has just been renovated. It is much smaller than it used to be. Maybe they have to work out some kinks, but the food and service was slow. It is also very dark in there now. They need something to brighten the place up. Good news is that there is more tvs.

This was the most disgusting restaurant I have...

This was the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been too. Food was terrible, service was slow, and the owner actually came down on a server just because she dropped a drink. I've also heard that the owners are a bunch or tyrants who verbally and metally abuse their staff - no wonder the service was bad. I will never go back to a strip mall restaurant again. Go elsewhere and save your money.

Of course, it was the eleventh hour when I called and tried to make an evening reservation on Valentine’s Day. And, of course, like everyone else they were completely booked but they did call me back and I was so happy that they could squeeze us in. We enjoyed the best meal we could have hoped for. The house red (forget the varietal) was so perfectly pared with the shrimp appetizer, Gamberi Di Amaretto. And the chardonnay was lovely with the escargots. Our entrees were equally delicious and in spite of the fact that it was a very busy evening for Napoli’s, the food arrived at our table fresh and hot and the service was perfect. Water glasses were always topped up and we were never left unattended for long. The servers were very friendly and approachable and it all made for a fantastic dining experience. We also didn’t feel over-crowded in this ‘full-to-capacity’ restaurant. Our table provided plenty of elbow room and the table conversation was easy to hear in spite of people. We were very comfortable and happy to be enjoying the wonderful atmosphere. We can’t wait to have dinner at Napoli’s again. Read more
