Millstone Homes

I have owned 4 homes, the last 2 are from Millstone Homes. They put so much more value into their homes than any other builder. Why would I ever build with anyone else?

Where to start... After 2 years of dealing with these idiots I am once again in battle. My deficiencies are not fixed & now Ive found so many problems with finishing my basement. If you look at my SIGNED floor plan below; X=water shutoffs IN the insulated stair wall, C=Clearout at the bottom of the stairs, B=breaker, HRV & HW were moved. Half my sqft is lost in utility rooms+bulkheads everywhere. Worst of all, I have to pay to break the concrete and move my shower drain (vents too low).TERRIBLE!

Worst home building experience. This isnt my first build but I assure you it will be my last with this company. Not a single Millstone home buyer in Foxwood Crossing speaks positively of them. Im constantly meeting new neighbours and sharing horror stories. Many of which continue to this day. If you must absolutely must build with Millstone Homes, micromanage everything. Be their most annoying client, double check everything. Know your contract and finishes inside and out. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
