    Terrible customer service, doesn't explain the policy, commercial rates get raised to take advantage of you, if you want to find out how much it is to cancel, they require you to cancel and they you get a huge bill with no explanation. Try to call back and they say they will sort it out then never call you. Never deal with this business.

    agents lack skills

    i had problem with agent there that didnt know her job. She stated i cant increase the value of your motorhome. Week later i got hit by hit and run driver to find out that could be value on my motorhome. Now the mangement here at this location doesnt care and I'm out $10,000 buyer beware
