My laptop needed a new hard drive. It was installed the same day, and the technician transferred my files to the new hard drive. In addition, I bought a refurbished laptop that was on display, and once again the technician transferred my files to the Refurbished laptop. Both were ready later that day.The technicians are wonderful!! I have been a customer for a few years now, and I will continue to be a customer. I have also recommended this company to friends and colleagues.
Do not go there. It is not safe.
The guy insulted me, slammed the laptop closed and gave it to me, kicked me out, and told me “if you were a guy I would have hit you”. I arrived at his place 8:40 am, kept knocking, calling, and texting with no response for a long time. When he finally showed up, he was unhappy that I showed disappointment in his service, which I only did because his service was indeed terrible. This is how he responded, by insults and threats.
